Syringa x prestoniae ‘Miss Canada’

Shrub: Lilac

Height: 8-10′ Width: 7-8′
Sun: Full Sun Zone: 2

Red-pink buds open to lightly-fragrant, single, bright rosy-pink flowers on upright panicles in late spring. Crinkly, large, green foliage turns yellow in fall. Prolific bloomer that makes a great cut flower. Very hardy shrub with a vigorous, dense growth habit. Non-suckering. Great large specimen plant or used for hedging. Best flowering in full sun. Prefers moist, well drained soil but is drought tolerant once established. Fertilize in spring with an all purpose fertilizer before new growth emerges. Lilacs bloom on old wood: prune right after flowering is finished to allow next years flower buds to set and to promote strong new growth.

Available in select potted sizes.
