Tropical-looking shrub with green, fern-like foliage with showy plumes of creamy-white flowers in late spring. Vigorous, fast-growing, hardy shrub that spreads by suckering and is great for mass planting and stabilizing slopes. Adaptable to many soil conditions, including salt, and is very cold hardy. Fertilize in spring with a good compost or an all purpose fertilizer before new growth emerges. Remove spent blooms to keep planting looking tidy. Prune as needed in late winter/early spring before new growth emerges; can be cut back heavily to rejuvenate plant and promote strong new growth.
Available in select potted sizes.
