| Height: 2-3′ | Width: 3-4′ |
| Sun: Full Sun | Zone: 3 |
Exciting new rose with yellow and pink buds opening to tri-colour, semi-double blooms that open yellow, edged with rosy pink, turning into shades of white, yellow, and rosy to deep pink for a unique effect. A continuous bloomer; an excellent cut flower with a mild fragrance. A very hardy and disease resistant shrub with glossy, green foliage on a dense, vigorously growing form. Canadian Artists Series rose: named after a Tom Thomson painting. Fertilize in spring with a good compost or an all purpose fertilizer before new growth emerges. Roses need full sun for best flower production and a well-ventilated area; prefers moist, well-drained soil. Avoid getting the foliage wet when watering, instead water at soil level. Blooms on new wood: may cut back heavily in spring before growth emerges to promote new growth and better flower production, with heavy winter die back, prune back as low as the root system. Cut at a 45 degree angle rather than straight across, above an outward facing bud. Regular deadheading of finished flowers will promote more flower buds, ending a few weeks before end of summer.
Available in select potted sizes.
