Showy, sweetly fragrant clusters of single white blooms cover this hardy specimen shrub in late spring/early summer. Compact, very hardy shrub with oval, serrated green foliage on arching stems. Best flowering in full sun. Prefers moist, well-drained soil but is drought tolerant once established. Fertilize in spring with a good compost or an all purpose fertilizer before new growth emerges. Blooms on old wood: if necessary, prune to shape right after flowering so next years flower buds can form.
